An engineer by initial training, Ilario Cavaliere shifted his focus towards education in 2010 due to his genuine interest in the field. For 13 years, he worked in various schools, notably including the Montessori Seeds of Knowledge School, where he had the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of the Montessori pedagogy. To this day, he brings his experience as an AMI Montessori educator, his scientific background, and his ongoing training in neuropedagogy to the establishment of the center. Ilario is fluent in both French and Italian.

Holder of a Master's degree in Education M.Ed. and a diploma in special education from HETS, Isabelle first worked in social education. She then became involved in Montessori pedagogy and worked for 23 years in various schools as an AMI Montessori educator and pedagogical director. Adding to her experiences, she has been pursuing training as a neuropedagogue and co-created the center aimed at assisting children with specific needs. Isabelle is fluent in French, German, and English.
